On October 19, 2010, Learning@Cisco announced the evolution of the CCSP certification to CCNP Security. CCSP exams will remain available until April 2011 and individuals can still obtain a new CCSP certification until October 2011.

Individuals can recertify their existing CCSP certification by following the normal recertification process. In addition, CCSP certified individuals that have passed recognized CCNP Security exams may be eligible to receive their CCNP Security certification.

Achieving or recertifying any of the certifications above automatically extends your active Associate and Professional level certification(s) up to the point of expiration of the last certification achieved.
 

To get MCTS: Windows Vista, Configuration certification, you have to take just one mandatory core test (70-620).

Alternatively, you can upgrade from MCDST certification by taking exam 70-621.
